Interesting Analysis On Our Current Time. Trying To Get Caught Up.

Not from a lack of subjects, but rather a general weariness of life has set in. As a buddy of mine put it, "Life is a roller coaster with all its ups and downs. I love to learn, but so many of our institutions of higher learning have become nothing more than profit centers enslaving our young. This is precisely what the left thinks, that those governments are populist and “the will of the people” and that’s why no matter how horrible the suffering they haven’t been overturned. It sure is. Our roller coaster has decided to roll down into a tunnel, like Magic Mountain without the Magic. I knew about the first one, being a sufferer of it already, but I was made aware of the second one due to a little Q&A with the doctor. " "The problem is this: humans crave leadership but proper leadership requires that the leader know what the heck is going on. Leaders work, if they’re carefully trained to lead (one of the reasons Heinlein advocated breeding and raising rulers,... It adapted our form of government to a more centralized one, in tune with the times we were entering: times of centralized production, of vast industrial scales, and yes, of mass production, of standardized sizes and types of product. Fethiye; The Starting Point of The Lycian Way

The tomb, which has been dated 4th Century BC by the epigraphic studies, is in the form of the frontal of an "in antis" style Ionian Temple , reflected on rock surface. Right behind the columns, at the upper parts of the frontal walls, one of the left and the other on the right side of the chamber, three emblems on each wall are recognized. Fethiye came under the rule of Persia, Egypt, Rome and Byzantium and was included within the territory of the Ottoman Empire in 1424. Its name was later changed to Meğri and finally to Fethiye in the memory of Mr. Fethi, one of the earliest... The Lycian rock tomb in Fethiye city center, Tlos , on Saklıkent road, Pınara the home of the first beauty contest, which is 55 km from Fethiye, Caunos , Letoon , the Telmessos Ancient Theater and Kayaköy , also known as ghost village , are among... Citadel City (Hue)

We plan to take the shuttle bus to town this afternoon to buy a few supplies at the market. We are in need of some basic food (non Vietnamese) for dinner so we found a very Westerners’ restaurant near the shuttle bus pick up point called DMZ. As we have limited time before we need to catch the shuttle back to the resort we end up back at DMZ and ask the waiter what is the fastest fast food they can rustle up: “Burger, chips and beer, Sir. At least it has stopped raining this morning so we are off to check out the town and part of the Citadel. Miwa has been giving us tips on Japan for our travel plans and has given us her email address so that we can ask any more questions while we are traveling. Hue is divided into two: the fortified Citadel/old town on the northern bank of the Perfume River with its grid layout of streets and waterways and the new town on the south bank. Dinner will be in the resort restaurant tonight but at least there is no urgency to pack as we don’t need to check out tomorrow until about 2:00 pm. 4 March, 2017. An easy morning this morning. 1 March, 2017. Although it bucketed down this morning by the time Lynn had her Yoga class, we had a leisurely breakfast, beat our heads against a brick wall with Japan planning and headed out to the shuttle bus it was starting to work its way to a...
